Corruption with in us.

Since last few month corruption is at center stage but the corruption which is under discussion is just a kind of it and corruption can be experienced at any level or any place in our country (i don't know about other countries). Corruption is in our attitude, we don't want to get punished by law at any cost and we offer the bribe for chai- pani to our administration. Our approach at first place will be like "yaar itna to chalta hai or ye to sab karte hai, kon thane-court ke chakkar lagayega" that is why these irresponsible and immoral peoples dare to ask for money. This is only about a form of corruption which is only in the hands of our bureaucrat or politicians but there are many other forms of corruption like not paying taxes, throwing west in open, employing children below the age of 14, parking cars on the road-side, taking advantage of situation (in many forms), not paying for services, government employees not doing their services with commitment, working on the personal fronts during office hours, using office utilities for personal purposes, misuse of government facilities, being yes man for your superiors and not paying attention towards duties (chamchagiri), misuse of position.

Now come to family front, in my great country there are many rules and regulations which are not approved by any rule book in the world but here we call them tradition. On the name of these traditions girls are kept illiterate, not allowed to go out from house, not allowed to speak in front of elders, forced to marry at early ages, not allowed to speak against domestic violence, girls can't speak if somebody is exploiting them (by any means), divorce is not an option for them even if they really wanted it. In my country a girl can't choose her profession even if she has required qualification and forced to be in closed walls on the name of family traditions.

On the name of cast a large section of our society is not allowed to pray in temples, not allowed to study in schools with others, they can't get drinking water from the same source from where upper cast peoples get water to drink, in some places they are not allowed to use government roads including many other facilities. This moral corruption denies fundamental rights to a large section of our society which feels cheated by being one of us.
